Customer Success Specialist
You are the trusted advisor for our customers. You'll be responsible for ensuring our customers are successful with our product, from onboarding to renewal.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to advocacy.
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are getting the most value from our product.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions and issues.
- Gather customer feedback to help inform our product roadmap.
- Create and maintain help documentation and other support resources.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or support role in a SaaS company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for helping customers and a strong sense of empathy.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Experience with help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) is a plus.
